Books: reading plan for March
Okay, this time I will share my reading plan on time. Mostly because I’m writing this before March starts (since I knew what I wanted to read).
First of all, in my attempts to read fewer Japanese authors (nothing wrong with them, but last year I read 10 books from Japan and only one from somewhere else), I want to read The Flaw by Antonis Samarakis. I will read it in English, because my Greek is ετσι κι ετσι (but I’m slowly learning it). I just saw the book in the shop, and since I want to read more Greek/Cypriot authors, I decided to start somewhere.
The second book I want to read (in my failed attempt to read fewer Japanese authors) will be Days at the Morisaki Bookshop by Satoshi Yagisawa. According to the reviews, it’s a “feel-good” book, something you will definitely need after reading a book that foretells a military dictatorship in Greece.
Next time, I will share my thoughts on all the books I’ve read so far (and will share my April reading plan in a separate post).
